The Big 4 refers to the practical skill component of The Working Mind
… and are based on a program developed by the US Naval Special Warfare Centre.
The Navy Seals have studied various training techniques to override the stress response system.
They have discovered that there are four main skills that can reduce the Seal candidate’s stress response and improve their performance. These are:
