Each person has their own experience with stress and can find relief in different ways. Managing your stress is important for your mental health, wellness, relationships, and also your physical health.
This material has been designed as a review for people who have completed The Working Mind in-class training.
This online module will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete and contains three parts:
- Review the link between stress and performance
- Identify triggers of stress
- Revisit strategies for building resilience
